Melissa Glee, CRNP-PMH

Melissa Glee is board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who specializes in children and teens. With over twelve years of experience as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Melissa has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across a variety of settings. Her expertise spans emergency psychiatry, outpatient mobile treatment, and outpatient mental health, where she has worked with diverse client populations across the lifespan.

Melissa has held leadership roles, including serving as Program Manager for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Assistant Medical Director at an outpatient mental health clinic. Her clinical focus has been on supporting children, adolescents, and families, leveraging current best practices to guide her approach to care. Before becoming a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Melissa honed her skills as a registered nurse working with children and adolescents in inpatient psychiatric units and partial hospitalization programs.

A proud alumna of the University of Maryland School of Nursing, Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 and her Master of Science in 2010, specializing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical training included outpatient mental health clinics and partial hospitalization programs, laying the foundation for her diverse and impactful career.

Melissa is an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland and the Neuroscience Education Institute, staying engaged in the latest advancements in her field.
